If you're not entirely satisfied with your trophies, awards or medals, we're here to help.
You have 14 working days to return an item from the first day you receive it and claim a full refund or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase. There is a small 25% charge of the order value to cover the costs of re-polishing, re-packing and re-shelving the goods.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you that we have received your returns and of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will quickly initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Unless the item was faulty or broken upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any returns. We advise that you take proof of postage via a well known courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please pack your goods suitably as you prepare them for return, this will help to avoid damage in transit. Your right to a full refund may become void if goods are returned to us damaged due to insufficient packaging.
Items Not Eligible
You cannot return or cancel items that have been personalised or engraved specifically to your requested needs. However, if you’re unhappy with the quality of your items, or they are faulty, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help quickly solve any issues.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
